Store Policies

Bridal Consultations

Bridal consultations are strictly by appointment. They are handled by the creative director or assistant creative director who determine and interpret the client’s needs and wishes. During the consultation, the bride can either choose from existing bridal designs or opt for a custom design which will be sketched uniquely for the bride. Fabric quantities will be determined for the chosen style and subsequently matching fabrics will be imported for the bridal outfit. It is advised that designs are finalized during the consultation in order for the garment creation process not to be slowed down later on. Garments will be delivered between 6-8 weeks from the date of consultation.

Bespoke Outfit Consultations

Clients are advised to book consultations with the customer care representative. In the event of a delay, we kindly ask that this is communicated with customer care so scheduling for the day can be updated. Express orders can be accommodated but are subjected to a 50% increase in fee and garments will be delivered within 5 working days. Standard garment orders are delivered within 4 weeks.

Fabric drop off

Fabric drop off’s without the need for physical consultation are accepted throughout the working day provided the customer care representative or designated relationship manager has prior notice of this. Fabric’s that are brought to the office without notice, will not be accepted by the receptionist. Kindly ensure that a style is chosen and communicated to customer care or relationship manager within 2 weeks of drop off date. Fabrics which remain unused after a period of 2 months shall be forfeited and donated to charitable purposes.

Amendments

At Hudayya, we strive on delivering excellent work to our clients without any faults. During fittings all amendments will be noted down and taken care of before garment collection at no additional cost to the client. Once garments have been signed for and picked up by the client or a proxy it is deemed that the client’s expectations have been met and will not be be returned for amendments. Garments that are returned by clients for further amendments will be subjected to an amendment fee covered by the client. Such extra amendments can take anywhere between 5 – 10 working days.
Garments that are not made by us will not be accepted for amendments.

Fittings

Clients will be invited in for fittings by the customer care representative or designated relationship manager. If the client is delayed or unable to come for the scheduled fitting appointment, it is advised that this is communicated on time so a new suitable appointment can be scheduled in. Fittings are handled strictly by qualified personnel.

Garment collection


Clients are advised to pick up their clothes within 6 weeks of being notified of completion of their outfits. In the event that a third party is being sent to pick up your order, customer care must be notified of the appointed person and a name and contact number provided.

Any garments that have not been collected within a 6 month period of drop off will be forfeited.

 

Privacy Policies

Comments

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
